Bette Midler recorded the most famous version of 'Wind Beneath My Wings' in 1988, and it became one of her signature songs.

Born (December 1, 1945) an American singer, actress, author and comedian. In over five decades of her career, she receives numerous numbers of awards including four Golden Globes Award, three Grammy Awards , three Primetime Emmy Awards, two Tony Awards and a Kennedy Center Honor, in addition to nominations for two Academy Awards and a British Academy Film Award.

It was initially conceived as a love song from a lover to another, but the lyrics ended up being something more universal, and could apply to various types of relationships, such as friends or family, helping the song's lasting popularity.
The song was composed in 1982 by Jeff Silbar and Larry Henley. Many artists recorded the song like Perry Como, Bob Montgomery, Kahmal who recorded it first, Roger Whittaker recorded the song, followed soon after by Sheena Easton and Lee Greenwood.

The Abbott and Costello Show is an American television sitcom starring the popular comedy team of Bud Abbott and Lou Castello. The program premiered in syndication in the fall of 1952 and ran two seasons, to the spring of 1954. Each season ran 26 episodes.

The series is considered to be among the most influential comedy programs in history. In 1998, Entertainment Weekly, praised the series as one of the "100 Greatest TV Shows of All Time". In 2007, Time magazine selected it for its "The 100 Best TV Shows of All-Time." Jerry Seinfeld has declared that The Abbott and Costello Show, with its overriding emphasis upon funny situations rather than life lessons, was the inspiration for his own long-running sitcom, Seinfeld.
